Lack of time
Between two customers, two jobs or two services, replying to reviews always comes last.
Reply to reviews
For every new Google review, Replik notifies you and suggests a reply written with your arguments, your tone and your signature. You stay in control: adjust it, then publish.
Between two customers, two jobs or two services, replying to reviews always comes last.
Finding the right words, neither hollow nor defensive, takes energy.
Faced with unfounded criticism, it is hard to keep your distance — when all your future customers are reading.
Every review deserves a reply, positive or negative. Replik does not sort your reviews and never tries to make a genuine review disappear. Our commitments
Notified for every review
As soon as a review is published on your Google profile, Replik retrieves it, assesses its priority and prepares a suggested reply. You are notified immediately: all that is left is to approve.
Your tone, your arguments
AI relies on what you taught it during the “Let’s get to know each other” step: your trade, your strengths, the way you speak. Each reply is unique, never a copied template.
Direct publication
Once the reply is approved, Replik publishes it directly on your Google profile through the official Google Business Profile connection. Nothing to copy and paste, nothing to forget.
Abusive reviews
A genuine negative review is not removed: it is handled with a good reply. But when a review is unjustified and breaks Google’s rules (not a real customer, competitor, former employee, insults…), you choose the ground and AI writes your claim and the case file, with links to Google’s forms. 1.50 Sun per claim, refunded if the review is not removed within 90 days.
New · Catch-up
Replik drafts a reply to every pending review at once, you review and approve, then it publishes everything at a natural pace. 0.20 Sun per review, refunded if it is not published.

Only if you decide so. By default, Replik suggests a reply and you approve it. You can turn on automatic publishing for each business: you choose the delay (1 to 72 hours) and the minimum rating of the reviews concerned. A countdown is shown under each suggestion, and you can edit it, publish it yourself or pause publishing at any time.
Only Google can remove a review, and only when it breaks its rules: fake review, conflict of interest, off-topic, insults, personal information… A harsh review of a genuine experience stays online, and your reply is what makes the difference. When a review is abusive, you choose the ground and Replik writes your claim and the case file, with links to Google’s forms, then follows its outcome. 1.50 Sun per claim, refunded automatically if the review is not removed within 90 days.
Yes, and that is often where it is most useful: it suggests a factual, courteous reply without aggressiveness, which reassures the future customers who will read it. You can give it the context you want to put forward.
A published reply costs a few cents’ worth of Suns (see pricing), with several possible versions for the same review. No subscription: you only pay for what you publish.
Never. You sign in with the official “Sign in with Google” button and authorize Replik to manage your profile’s reviews. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account.
