Frequently asked questions
How do I connect my app?
App Store: create an API key in App Store Connect (Users and Access, Integrations) and upload it to Replik; it is stored encrypted. Google Play: invite Replik’s address in your Play Console with only the “Reply to reviews” permission. Both steps are guided in Replik.
What access does Replik get?
On Google Play, only reading reviews and publishing replies. On the App Store, Apple requires a team key with a role allowed to reply to reviews (App Manager); Replik only uses it to read your reviews and publish your replies.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
Today, your app is attached to a location in your Replik account (your Google profile). You publish an app without a Google profile? Contact us to talk about it.
How much does it cost?
Connecting your app and collecting its reviews are free: Replik uses the official Apple and Google APIs. Only AI-drafted replies are charged, 0.30 Sun per reply, the same price as for your Google reviews. No subscription: you pay as you go, with Suns. See pricing.
