No filtering
Every customer is invited to give their opinion, satisfied or not. No preliminary question, no sorting: a rating obtained by setting aside unhappy customers is worthless.
Our commitments
A good reputation is not built by hiding criticism. It is built by listening to all your customers, replying to them with care and improving. That is how Replik is designed.
Every customer is invited to give their opinion, satisfied or not. No preliminary question, no sorting: a rating obtained by setting aside unhappy customers is worthless.
Positive reviews show what works and deserve to be highlighted. Negative ones point to what can improve. Both are raw material.
Thanking sincerely, answering calmly and precisely: every reply is read by everyone who discovers your profile.
Reviews reveal recurring irritants. Fixing them raises your rating far more surely than any filter.
No fake reviews, no hidden selection, no incentives: your future customers must be able to trust what they read.
The review belongs to the customer, who gives it for free. The reply should match it: sincere, personal, never formulaic or aggressive.
Why it works
A negative review is read with your reply, among your other reviews. A factual, courteous reply reduces its impact; against an unfair complaint, it even has the opposite effect: readers compare the two tones, and it is the review that loses credibility.
Personal thanks that echo what the customer enjoyed make your strengths visible and show an attentive business. An isolated negative review, among sincere exchanges, weighs far less.
Mark — Endless wait, nobody apologised. Avoid.
Hello Mark, thank you for taking the time to write. On Saturday evening a sick driver forced us to reorganise our rides, and your wait reached 25 minutes: that is too long, and we should have warned you. Since then, any delay over 10 minutes is notified by text message. We would be glad to welcome you again. Paul, manager
What a future customer reads: a business that acknowledges, explains and fixes. The negative review becomes proof of seriousness.

Replik
No, never, and on purpose. Our QR codes, links and text messages lead every customer to the same Google review form, with no preliminary question. Filtering customers by satisfaction is forbidden by Google and, in France, a high-risk practice: reviews are distorted.
By asking all your customers regularly, replying to every review with care and fixing what keeps coming up in criticism. A profile with many recent reviews and thoughtful replies inspires far more trust than a perfect, suspicious rating.
A fake, insulting or off-topic review breaks Google’s rules: Replik helps you write the claim and follow it up. A genuine negative review, on the other hand, is handled with a reply.
