Introduction

Protecting your personal data is essential to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your data.

Data collected

We collect the following data:

  • Last name, first name, email address and phone number (if available).
  • Data from the Google My Business API, needed for our services to work.
  • Payment-related information through Stripe (no payment data is stored locally on our servers).
  • Browsing data through Google Analytics.

Purposes of processing

The data collected is used to:

  • Manage user accounts.
  • Provide the services offered on our platform.
  • Improve our services through anonymous analyses.

Emails we send you

  • Account-related emails: new review and suggested reply, alerts about your Google profile, purchase confirmation, reports. They are necessary for the service.
  • Tips and reminders, updates and summaries, offers: for example a reminder to activate your profile, the weekly update on your pending reviews or an offer on Suns. Each email contains a “Manage my emails” link to turn off each of these categories in one click.
  • Email engagement measurement: to improve our messages, we measure whether an email was opened (invisible image) and whether a link was clicked (redirect link), as well as any action then taken in Replik. This information stays internal and is neither sold nor shared.
  • The content of the emails sent is kept in our tracking tool for support and to check deliveries.

Your personal data is collected and processed on the basis of your explicit consent.

Data sharing

  • Google Analytics: analysis of user behaviour on the website.
  • Stripe: secure payment management. No payment data is stored locally.

Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account remains active. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access to your data.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure of your data.

Transfers outside the EU

We do not transfer your data outside the European Union. However, the use of Google Analytics may involve processing outside the EU.
